Our Founder
Kim Spivack is a UK-born wellness professional whose career has unfolded at the intersection of entrepreneurship, hospitality, and holistic wellbeing. She began her professional journey in London, where she founded and successfully sold a juice bar, before transitioning to New York's corporate world at Goldman Sachs and then Ralph Lauren as an Event Manager while. Those experiences shaped her creativity and business acumen; it was the world of hospitality, health, and human connection that ultimately called her back.
Driven by a lifelong curiosity about the body and its innate capacity for balance and resilience, Kim pursued extensive training in nutrition, movement, and hands-on bodywork. She studied Pilates at the prestigious Kane School of Core Integration in New York and earned her certification from the Pilates Method Alliance, alongside gaining qualifications in Reflexology and Swedish Massage. This multidisciplinary foundation continues to inform her integrated, intuitive approach to wellbeing.
In 2007, Kim relocated to New York City, where her work evolved into a highly personalized practice rooted in precision, attention, and individualized care. In 2012, she opened a fully equipped Pilates studio on Madison Avenue, followed by a second location on the Upper East Side in 2019. Today, Kim works exclusively from her Upper East Side space, offering bespoke private sessions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Her work is supported by a carefully curated team of highly trained practitioners, providing complementary disciplines including yoga, barre, TRX, and massage. Together, they offer a unified, thoughtful approach to movement and wellness — one that prioritizes longevity, intelligent strength, and a deep respect for the individual.
